Paris is always a good idea. This time, we spent the day with one of the city’s most exciting entrepreneurs, Luís Andrade, and his team. From coffee chats to late-night dinners, we discovered a story of passion, creativity, and uncompromising quality.

The day started early at Dreamin Man, where Luís meets every morning with his partner Nadim. Over coffee, they go through the day ahead — whether it’s in the restaurant or one of their many projects: events, catering, fashion, celebrations.

Lunch was casual at Café au Coin, where Luís and Nadim shared more about their journey. Different skills, one vision: creating concepts that feel authentic, rooted in their supply chain, and never compromising on quality.

By evening, we gathered at Le Cheval d’Or, the Parisian hotspot that Luís has turned into one of the most vibrant food destinations in town. Here, his passion extends beyond the kitchen: he also teaches Jiu Jitsu to kids between 6 and 15 years old, a practice that brings balance and discipline into his daily life.
