SHIPPING
PORTUGAL
Shipping is FREE for all orders in Portugal.
At ISTO. we work everyday for you have the easiest, fastest and most transparent shopping experience possible.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lisboa, Portugal and CTT Expresso will be the carrier. Delivery hours take place between 9am and 7pm on working days. We usually recommend that you use your work address to make sure the package is received and collected on first attempt. If you don't collect the package on first attempt, a notification will be left in your mailbox so you can pick-up at the nearest store.
After your order is processed and shipped, you will be receiving a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow the package throughout the way.
