Clothes shouldn’t come with an expiry date. We make pieces designed to stay, so when life happens (and it always does), our Repair Service steps in. A loose thread, a tiny tear, a wandering button… most problems are smaller than they look, and fixing them keeps your favorites exactly where they belong: in your wardrobe, not a landfill. Fewer, better pieces kept in use for as long as possible is what we aim for.

This service is only available in our Campo de Ourique store at the moment. Simply bring your garment to our store and we’ll take a look together. Simple as that. If not in the neighbourhood, email us a couple of photos and we’ll inform you if the repair is doable before coming in.

Once it’s fixed, we’ll let you know it’s ready to be picked up. While repair times may vary due to demand, we'll always provide an estimate ready-for-pickup date.

Most everyday damages can be repaired:
small tears, loose stitching, buttons.
If it’s something we can mend, we will. If not, we’ll be transparent about it — no false promises.

Repairs for ISTO. garments are completely free. Because taking care of what we make is part of the deal.
We also offer Trousers length adjustments, and Shirt or Jacket sleeves for just €10 per piece. We're glad to contribute to a cleaner fit (and longer love story) between you and your clothes.
