Marcelo Parente and Duda Ferreira, two brazilian entrepreneurs living in Portugal for the past 3 years, knew it all before they opened this beautiful but simple pizzeria: naturally leavened, locally milled flour, top-notch ingredients sourced from Portugal and natural wines from Jenifer. The icing on the cake (well, on the pizza, we know): a bunch of ISTO. organic cotton tees for the crew.
