M. Chapman & Sons isn't your run of-the-mill fabric supplier — but rather the go-to for everything from corduroy and velvets to denim and canvas. It's been operating since way back in 1869 in Manchester. Fun fact, for the curious: "Manchester Fabric" (aka Corduroy) has a historical connection with the city. Local Lancashire weavers would transport their fabrics to Manchester for export, establishing a legacy of textile excellence.The've produced the fabric for our much loved Corduroy Shorts, and consequentely Corduroy Tote Bag, an upcycled product made from deadstock. Safe to say we'll stick around.
