OVERVIEW

Classic ISTO. Cap silhouette, organic undyed cotton, adjustable fit. Except this one has a secret ingredient: an embroidered homage to Bar Alimentar’s most talked-about dish: the pistachio and codfish cannoli. There’s no doubt this is currently the coolest dining room in Lisbon. It’s Southern Italy one night, Piemonte the next. It’s Negroni on tap, Pavarotti in the background, fine dining (but without the fine). A place where friends gather, meals stretch into the night, and you always have to order the cannoli.
