That's the case of Leopoldo Calhau, a man who was always ahead of his time - and the genious behind Taberna do Calhau and Bla Bla Glu Glu - who makes simple yet fancy portuguese food (inspired by his hometown Alentejo) in a space that also brigns all his heritage.
Leopoldo invited us to Taberna do Calhau and, while using a Breton, cooked an amazing lunch.
Of course, you can see it for yourselves, but book a table for four and don't miss any plate.
