Don't worry. If it's as good as new, you have 14 days to return it. Here's how it works.

Communicate return: e-mail us at hello@isto.pt and tell us your order number and what items you want to return. Our Customer Experience Team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Send it over: after confirmation from your Customer Experience Representative, packages should be sent to our warehouse address: Rua Joaquim Dias Salgueiro Nº 130/180 — Armazém D, 4470-777 Vila Nova da Telha, Maia, Portugal

Once a package is received, checked and approved, a credit for the total order value will be issued and reimbursement will be made available within 7 working days.

EXCHANGES
Simple. You have 14 days to do it if it's as good as new.

Communicate exchange: e-mail us at hello@isto.pt and tell us your order number, what items you want to exchange and the desired new size and/or color. Our Customer Experience Team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Once a package is received, checked and approved, we'll exchange it for the desired item, free of additional shipping costs.
