RETURNS

Don't worry. If it's as good as new, you have 30 days to return it. Here's how it works.

Communicate return: e-mail us at hello@isto.pt and tell us your order number and what items you want to return. Our Customer Experience Team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Return label: after confirmation from your Customer Experience Representative, a return label will be sent to you and a collection will be scheduled. 

Once a package is received, checked and approved, a refund for the total order value will be issued and reimbursement will be made available within 5 working days.

EXCHANGES
Simple. You have 30 days to do it if it's as good as new.

Communicate exchange: e-mail us at hello@isto.pt and tell us your order number, what items you want to exchange and the desired new size and/or color. Our Customer Experience Team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Return label: after confirmation from your Customer Experience Representative, a return label will be sent to you and a collection will be scheduled.

Once a package is received, checked and approved, we'll send the replacement item free of additional shipping costs, within 2 working days.

  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
