Made with a classic and relaxed silhouette, our Denim Cap is cut from the same Denim Work Jacket and Jeans Undyed fabric for optimal consumption. It does not follow a dyeing process, meaning any harmful chemicals, no colors, not even natural dyes. It has a gently curved peak and comes with a fun twist embroidered. Horrible experience so far. Paid for the order and received a confirmation and delivery notice, but no tracking code. 15 days later while still waiting, contacted customer service who assured me that the order will be sent the next working day. 5 days later, I'm yet to receive a tracking code or confirmation of the order being sent - or a refund. Seems like a scam so far.

The long wool coat is nothing short of exceptional quality and fit perfect for layering and cold winter months in UK. I have other overcoats that are more expensive but quality wise, ISTO quality is on par with the rest. Would highly recommend anyone considering an overcoat to give this a try.

Visited to 2 ISTO shops. Was served in both shops with attitude and rudeness. While I understand that computers and logistics systems are mysterious and complicated beasts, the customer doesnt need a dressing down when trying to simply pick up an online order that is clearly visible on its shelves. There are wonderful people out there that enjoy helping customers and making them happy - employ them, instead of some of the people currently working in your shops.

I am delighted with both items. The cap is very warm and folds up so can easily be stored in a pocket and taken with you if not needed at the outset of your outing. The jeans are a fantastic weight and fit perfectly they remind me of my first pair of levis which I bought 60 years ago. Stylish and long wearing, great.
